There was a time, when IT professionals were happy to wallow into much higher than prevailing salary packet, and more increment was deciding factor, as to where they chose to work. Offer extra money, and they would climb over one another to be poached. Ethics and principles were given a go by... Money was all that was cared for…NO LONGER!!!!!!!!!!

Very True. Money is important but at the same time - work satisfaction which is possible only when one is given healthy environment to work. I have seen smartData giving individual professional to work with in his/her domain giving them to look the work in their own prospective and finally allowing them to put their point on board for discussion. Constant support & keeping the professional live in you is must required in rapidly growing IT world.

Yes now a days money is not the criteria. Its all upto when a person gets satisfied. Some gets satisfacation with high salaries, some get satisfied with the working environment, some gets satisfaction that they are nearby their homes. This all is about satisfaction. But mostly look the organization which satisfies all their needs. Yes Of Course smart data is looking ahead on the way to beacome an organization.
I Think money is not every thing. A peroson should have some Ethics and principles in his life.

The reality that we should embrace is that we need money, but it's not follow that money is the only reason of our existence here. Money is important, but it is not everything.The mane factor is satisfaction that can create fulfillment here.Money is a medium of exchange to acquire any services or material things that we want.
