Friends,

Like the previous Mail Trail, I also happened to join the enterprise slightly over 3 yrs from now. Like always, Yet again it was a new beginning in a new company with new faces, different habits and aspirations.

Now what is it that happened or that I experienced in these three years that compels me to blog my comments?? So here it is,

I have known the fact that a person can only conceive OR do 3 things.

a) One, that he has seen being done
b) Two that he read/heard about.
c) Three that he has done before.

These three form the genesis of any future Challenges that he/she will face and how to react.

Its the above exposure that sooner a person gets, better he is to take on the coming times. In a way, such a person is Mentally Programmed to fight out or work out a way to breakout from adversities. smartData helps you hone your skill s in all the categories and more specifically in the third category where you get to do a thing yourself and learn from both successes and failures.

There is a variety of action taking place in smartData in all the departments, every now and then. I don’t mean to say that numerous other IT companies have no activity but to have a directional or positive approach is paramount so to nourish the positives in each one of us then look at the downside of all that this Planet has to offer.

I have had an enriching experience and every day looks more interesting for the Challenges that smartData throws at me each day, and For the push that is required by me to successfully over come the Challenge each day , and Lastly For the Thrill of Waiting in Line, for the Next Big Challenge on its Way :)

First of all i must thank to the people's deptt for giving us this wonderful opportunity to share our ideas about our company.
I started my journey in smartData as on 26th Feb,2007 as a software trainee, Since then i have seen enormous growth in our company.However the Quality which i like most in this company is its Aggressive nature in accomplishing the complex tasks and eagerness to work in any environment.

Yes u are right, smartData believes in sharing knowledge & grooming professionals. The focus here is to and prepares them for next level of leadership. First of all I am very thankful to smartData for all the personal and professional growth that I have received here, association with some of the great professionals in their respective areas, which has always thrilled me, makes every moment at smartData a learning moment for me.

Why smartData?

It is very interesting question for me and I am sure that it should be an interesting question for all members of SDEI & SDN.
Exactly three years back when I joined smartData, it was a growing company with 60-70 peoples working in excellence and vision floor, But I still remember the energy and Enthu towards greater objectives. Initially it was very hard for me to distinguish myself in the pool of talented professionals, but the beauty of the system lies here only because it taught me how to do things differently and get distinguished. Since then I am the eyewitness of the growth of smartData as an organization, growth in-terms of people, from 60-70 to 270 in merely 3 years itself proves more than 100% growth each year, whereas the standard IT industry growth rate is measured to be 18% :) , and this growth is not only in terms of people its also same in terms of facility, work culture, ethics and last but not the least the revenues.
The best part I observed is the Energy & Enthu which was three years back is not diminishing but is constantly rising, this should give all of us a good insight as to our future with smartData,just assume that if it can grow from 60-70 -- 270 peoples in just 3 years then where it will be from 270 -- ? in upcoming years. I strongly feel that there is a chance for each of us to proudly say that we are involved in building a great brand rather than working for a brand.

At last I just remember what was told to me by my seniors:-

If you are a star we will make you one.
