I have seen & personally experienced smartData involvement in Sharing & Caring much prior to its formal announcement & formation of the Committee. smartData support to its employees as family in their hour of need and believes in providing help in emergency both in terms of proper rest, emotional security and off course financial security by providing helping hand to take care of extra additional planned / unplanned expenses. As far caring is concerned smartData is an Organization with a human face and a heart.
I am not the only beneficiaries of smartData sharing & caring, there are many employees who have been taken care by smartData SCF committee , but I was the first one in smartData to enjoy the privilege of paid maternity leave.
This gesture of smartData wishing me more moments of happiness in motherhood will always be of special importance & deep respect towards smartData in my heart.

Up till now i haven't spend so much time in smartData but whatever i had spent sprinkling time of my life it's very ineffable. Here i learned a lot technical and personal skills,at last but not the least here i am enjoying every moment.

I feel something is missed from my dear friend, that holds very importance for us....
That is-- smartData has a culture of creating/making the new leaders from its group only and not seeking this from outside. This is a very impressive thing I liked in smartData, and I am saying this because I also crept the benifit of this. I hope we all have the same goal - to uplift this organization where we want it to be.
